I am highly experienced Wellbeing Consultant, Yoga Instructor, Pilates Teacher and Mindfulness Coach. I trained as a Thai Yoga Massage therapist in 1991, as a Yoga Teacher in 1994, a Pilates Teacher in 2007. I'm trained Breathworks practitioner and hold an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS with a specialism in Pain Managment.

I work with individuals or organisations, helping them to integrate healthy lifestyle changes – looking at the bio-mechanics, alignment, posture, stress factors and lifestyle patterns that cause dysfunction, stress and dis-ease physically, emotionally and psychologically.
