Particular attention is given to breath and working intelligently with finding ways of releasing tension. This allows the nervous system to switch into rest and digest mode a feeling of well-being is thus enhanced.
With attention and care, we learn ways to lengthen the spine and create more room for the internal organs to function more freely and effectively. Regular practise can aid functional movement and help us develop skills for a more peaceful life.
