HOW ZOOM LESSONS WORK

Online classes are tremendously valuable and offer you a chance to practise and relax in your own home at your own pace. My classes are voice led and small to allow me to give all those attending the attention they need in a gentle and effective way.

How do I access Zoom online yoga classes?

Setting Up Zoom

To set up Zoom (if you do not already have) follow the instructions below:

How to join Zoom online yoga class Cloud Meetings:

∗  If you’ve never used Zoom before, please take the time to download the free Zoom app on whichever device you use for joining live classes (on iPads and smart phones it is 'Zoom Cloud Meetings' from the App store). On computers and laptops it is: zoom.us. Follow Zoom's simple instructions to set up your account.

Your Zoom Link

The link to the class will be sent to you by email at least 24 hours before the event and will be valid for all classes in your block 

Passwords will be supplied as needed

Logging in ​

Please log in 10 - 15 minutes before the start of class so we can begin on time.

Use the link I send you and password to login and wait for the class to begin. 

Payment for Drop ins or Blocks of 4

Cost is £40.00 for 4 lessons in a block or £12.00 per class drop in.

Please send any payments via paypal friends and family to   https://paypal.me/Amykuredler?locale.x=en_GB and reserve a place. 

∗ I will open the class 15 mins before the class starts to give you time to familiarise yourself with the process. Once the class begins I won't be able to help with any technical issues so be sure to familiarise yourself by checking in early.

Please email me with any injuries or medical conditions which may affect your ability to practice.

Once I've Joined a Class

 It would be helpful for me to be able to see you during class and it helps us to connect as a group.


If you'd like me to see you, please switch your video on when you get settled.  There is an option to test the video before we start so you can see what it looks like.  If you prefer to join the class without a video connection, it’s also fine to leave video off.

∗  Please arrange yourself so that I can see in both standing and lying positions. Please also have any cushions, blankets or other props you need close at hand.

∗  When you join the class, please could you ensure that you mute your microphone through the Zoom microphone icon. .

∗  If you’d like to ask about anything as we go through class, please wave and I’ll unmute you so we can hear your question.

∗  After the class ends you have the option to unmute yourself and chat with the teacher and other students should you wish.

∗  If you are unable to get into the class for technical reasons any payments already made can be used towards a future class.

What props do I need?

∗  If you don't have your own yoga mat, then a carpet or rug is fine.

∗  A yoga block / large hardback book or a cushion for sitting.  Blankets and cushions as necessary for padding the knees and for comfort during meditation / Savasana.

∗  Wear leggings or loose comfortable clothes suitable for movement.
