Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Taster Sessions:

2 hours sessions 

£25.00 per person

In these stand alone sessions I teach a range of meditations, techniques and coping strategies to help you deal more effectively with your psychological , emotional or physical difficulties in a new way. 

Attending one of the taster sessions is a good way to know if you are ready to commit to the deeper practise required at the 8 week course but there is no obligation to attend the course and many clients benefit greatly from just coming alone to a 2 hour taster.
