8 week MBSR Course and Taster Sessions online or in person.

Lessons tailored to your needs for wellbeing, breathing, yoga, pilates and mindfulness. Small private groups of friends is also an option if convenient and tailored to your wellbeing needs.

Support for Staff. I offer tailored online and in person packages for the workplace to support staff wellbeing.
