There are many benefits to online learning in the comfort of your own home and all of my classes are focussed away from screen time and voice based where possible. I will continue to offer my services online during 2021 as well as moving to in person teaching after 12th April 2021.

PRIVATE ONLINE LESSONS
Lessons tailored to your needs for wellbeing, breathing, yoga, pilates and mindfulness. Small private groups of friends is also an option as convenient.
CPD MINDFULNESS AND MOVEMENT FOR STRESS
Support for Staff. I offer tailored online and in person packages for the workplace to support staff wellbeing.
