THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art. It works on the Ten Sen energy lines (analogous to acupuncture meridians) through which our natural life force flows.
The therapist uses his or her hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to important points along these lines, combining that with gentle stretching derived from Hatha Yoga practice. This releases blocked energy and frees the body's own natural healing potential, thus reducing malaise and fatigue and enhancing health and harmony.
Each treatment is tailor made to suit the individual and you do not have to be flexible to gain the benefits of this ancient art. It is beneficial for people of all ages and levels of fitness. One receives the massage wearing loose clothing. A tracksuit or any loose clothing is ideal attire for the purpose.
