A perfect antidote to the stresses and strains of everyday life. Take time out for you at our annual Yoga Retreat in Crete.

Yoga classes will take place twice a day in the morning and evening on the yoga deck overlooking the beach with its sea views. This really is a fantastic opportunity to practise in one of the most beautiful locations in Greece and to explore the island too. There will be no yoga on one day so you can travel further afield if you wish - there are fantastic walks and gorges to explore/ There will also be an option of a boat trip. Adventurous groups can travel to the other side of the island on one evening and have their class on the huge beach there . This can be followed with dinner at the beachside taverna.
