ONLINE LESSONS DURING COVID 19
In these unsettling times , it's more important than ever to connect, nourish and ground ourselves, even if we cannot be together physically. I've been working with clients on Skype and Zoom and am offering Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness sessions on Zoom one-2-one and in groups.
I work with all ages with a very tailored approach whether the focus is keeping mobile or keeping calm or anything in between I can help.
Now is the time to look after ourselves and support each other and routines may be a sanity saver.
